- Fully implemented 2 fitness labs (THS & ETJMS)
- Installed 8 kinesthetic learning tables in 4 elementary classrooms
- Improved recess activities.
- Implementing Activity Bursts in classrooms.
- Sent district PE teachers to several local and national conferences.
- Fully implemented Wellness Education Model at ETJMS.
- Revised health curriculum at all grade levels.

- Acquired bicycles and implemented a bike education program at Eli Terry Jr. Middle School, including professional development and teacher training.
- Implementing school breakfast program with
- Purchased the SPARK Curriculum, Trained PE Teachers in its use, and began implementation of SPARK. Also scheduled additional follow-up training for 2013-2014.
- Acquired Physical Education equipment necessary for the implementation of SPARK, as well as additional needed equipment.
- Purchased and trained teachers in the Virtual PE Program.
- Purchased Fitness Testing Supplies.
- Re-established the Plymouth Wellness Committee.
- Created partnerships with the Terryville Public Library, the Terryville/Plymouth PTA, the Plymouth School Nurses, the Early Childhood Council, and Chartwells.
- Purchased complete Wellness Centers for Eli Terry Jr. Middle School and Terryville High School
- Organized and provided professional development opportunities for teachers, including state and national conferences.
- Organized and implemented a Walk-to-School day for Harry S. Fisher Elementary School with the help of the Plymouth Police Department.
- Completed the School Health Index.
- Collected and Analyzed GPRA Data as required by the grant program.
- Purchased two Kinesthetic Tables for each of the elementary schools (Harry S. Fisher and Plymouth Center Schools.)
- Began fitness and nutrition after school clubs at ALL of the Plymouth schools.
